This accommodation, combined with Outreach Support, is suited to young people who have shown strong independence, maturity, and responsibility, and who are ready to transition into living on their own
Every young adult is allocated a dedicated key worker who provides an assessed level of outreach support. These support packages are tailored to individual needs following our assessment process and are developed collaboratively with the Local Authority and co-produced with young adults. Support is targeted toward the specific areas where the young adult requires the most assistance, helping them confidently make their first steps into Adulthood. All accommodation is rigorously quality‑assured, ensuring it is safe, secure, and of a consistently high standard.
